Using Bath Soaks are a way to treat mental and physical health. Bath soaks are easily dissolved in warm bath water and used for everything from anxiety relief to aches and pains.

HONEY MILK: organic powdered milk, honey powder, lavender buds, rose buds, hibiscus, calendula, epsom salt, pink salt. 

DEEP BREATHE: organic powdered milk, epsom salt, sea salt, eucalyptus herb, lavender buds, rosemary, thyme, peppermint, tea tree, eucalyptus essential oil. 

PINK OATS: organic powdered milk, sea salt, rose buds, organic oatmeal, pink Himalayan salt, ylang ylang oil, bergamot oil, geranium oil, organic sugar, avocado oil.

How to: Pour a generous amount of the bath soak into warm running water to help it dissolve faster. Soak in the tub for at least 15 minutes. Use as needed.
Fun Fact: Bath Soaks are great for skin conditions, such as eczema, psoriasis and flaky skin, it also exfoliates as it heals aches. 
Storage: Keep lid on and stored in a dry place.
