WHERE DOES SANA SCENT LLC SHIP?
Sana Scent LLC is NOT currently shipping internationally.
We do not ship to PO boxes.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Every order is handmade with love, cruelty-free and organic ingredients. Depending on size of order, processing times can fluctuate. You will receive a shipment notification with a tracking # ONCE your package has been shipped.

Processing times are 3-4 Business days. 
Shipping transit times are 3-5 Business days.                                   
(During COVID, Shipping Times Could Possibly Be Delayed)

Orders ship Monday -Thursday if placed before 12PM EST                
(Please be mindful of the time-zone when ordering)

PICK-UP: Available to customers who are in the Charlotte, NC area.
Once your order is ready for pick up, you'll receive a notification.

    THE ADDRESS WAS INCORRECT, MY PACKAGE COULDN'T BE DELIVERED:
     Please be sure to triple check your order information and ensure that you've entered the correct address, apartment # and zip code. If your package does get sent back, please understand there is a reshipment fee (same amount as the original order) that will need to be paid for another delivery.

    SHIPPING IS NONREFUNDABLE ONCE PACKAGE IS SHIPPED OUT.

     I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PACKAGE, HOWEVER IT SAYS IT DELIVERED:
    Please make sure the address you provided is the correct address. After verifying please send an email to SANASCENT19@GMAIL.COM. Be sure to notify us within 24 HOURS of missed delivery in order to assist you. 
     
    ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED WE ARE UNABLE TO MAKE ANY CHANGES TO THE ORDER. FOR CHANGES,  THE ORDER WILL NEED TO BE CANCELLED.
     
    OH EM GEE, MY PACKAGE CAME DAMAGED:
    Awww no! We're so sorry that your package arrived damaged. If this does occur, please email SANASCENT19@ICLOUD.COM subject line DAMAGED with your first/last name, order # and 4 clear photos of the damage. In order to get assistance please report any damage within 24 hours of delivery. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OR DAMAGES AFTER 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY.
     
    MINI MI ITEMS, BODY BARS, BUNDLE DEALS, ANY SALE PROMOTION ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE AND ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS//EXCHANGES. NO EXCEPTIONS.
